Casinochan Review: the Offer, the Conditions and the Gaps
This page is a plain description of Casinochan built from two things: what the operator publishes about itself, and what can be checked independently. There is no score at the end. A number out of ten would suggest a level of access we do not have.
Checked 12 October 2026. The operator’s own domain does not answer from where we test, which is ordinary for a geo-restricted casino and not a fault in itself. It does mean the figures below are the published ones rather than figures we re-read today, so confirm the current amounts, wagering and limits in your own account before depositing — the operator can change any of them without notice.
The offer, and what it asks for
The headline is a welcome package of up to Up to $2000 + 200 Free Spins. The figure that decides what it is worth is not the amount but the wagering: 35x to 40x the bonus on deposit bonuses, 30x on free spin winnings.
In practice that means a $100 bonus at 35x requires $3,500 of turnover before anything can be withdrawn — and that turnover is charged the house edge every time it passes through a game. Slots usually count 100% toward the requirement; table games often count 10–20%, so clearing a bonus at blackjack takes several times longer than the headline suggests. The offers and their individual conditions are set out on the bonuses page, and the question of whether a bonus code exists at all is answered on the bonus codes page.
Whether to take a welcome package at all is a separate question from whether this one is generous. A bonus converts a deposit into a locked balance with a turnover obligation attached; if you intend to play a few sessions and withdraw what is left, declining the bonus is often the cheaper choice.
Getting money out
The published windows are 24 hours for e-wallets and three to five business days for cards and bank transfer, with faster handling for VIP tiers. Every one of those windows starts after verification, not after the request — and verification is where first withdrawals actually stall. The operator asks for proof of identity and a proof of address dated within three months; documents are commonly rejected for a cut-off corner, an out-of-date bill or a name that does not match the account exactly.
Two things hold a payout up more often than the payment method: unfinished bonus wagering, and incomplete verification. Neither announces itself. The payments page lists methods, minimums and what typically delays a transfer; the FAQ answers the document questions directly.
Games, and what certification covers
The library is large and the provider list is the usual top tier: NetEnt, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Play’n GO and others. Worth knowing what that does and does not guarantee. Those studios’ games are certified by independent testing laboratories against the mathematics the studio submits, which is a real guarantee about randomness. It is not a guarantee about the return figure in force here: several providers ship the same title in more than one return configuration, and the operator picks which to run. The number that applies to you is the one in the game’s own information panel.
Licensing: what we could not confirm
We have not been able to confirm a licence number for Casinochan in a regulator’s register, and for that reason no number appears anywhere on this site. This matters in one specific way: a verifiable licence gives you somewhere to complain that is not the operator itself. Without one, a dispute ends with the operator’s own decision.
That is not an accusation — many operators publish a licence we simply could not reach from here. It is a gap, and our licensing page explains how to look a licence up yourself in under a minute, which is worth doing before a first deposit.
Who this suits
If you want a large library with the familiar studios, several payment routes including crypto, and you intend to read the bonus terms before accepting anything, the offer is competitive on paper.
If you want a licence you can look up before you deposit, or you plan to clear a bonus at table games, look harder. The first is unresolved here; the second is a condition that makes the wagering several times heavier than it appears.
What would change this page
A licence number in a public register, or published payout statistics rather than target windows, would change the assessment above — and so would a change in the welcome terms. We update the page when the sources change rather than refreshing the year in the title.
